At KB Design Pros, we offer design services for contractors that would like to show their clients a 3D representation of what to expect. Many homeowners have a hard time visualizing their space with an updated look. We can take the guess work out and show them just what they are getting.

Are you an interior designer that would like to design a kitchen or bathroom for your client but don't have the proper program to show it? Let's work together to show your client what you have in mind. Besides 3D renderings, we will also provide floorplans and elevations.
The Process
Draw the floorplan
The floorplan of your space just needs to be very basic. Here we would need
measurements of walls, windows, doors and the ceiling height.
Email some pictures of your space
Send us over a few pictures. A picture of each wall and
a picture of the entire space will work.
Ideas
Send us your ideas. Do you want to see what your kitchen will look like with a wall removed? Would you like to move your refrigerator to a different space. Would you like to see your island gray and your perimeter cabinets white? Is there a picture you found online that you would just love the hood and want it in your kitchen? Just let us know your thoughts and we will bring it to life.
Let us do the rest
Once we receive this information from you, we will contact you with follow-up
questions and ideas. We will first send over an exterior rendering of the space to confirm were on the right track. This would be the time to make any changes. When we have the approval from you, we will draw up the floorplan, elevations and several more renderings and send them over in a PDF file.
